I was appalled at the disaster my hair was left in! I showed the woman a picture of what I wanted, cut and color and my hair was not even close to the picture!!! I ended up having to cut my hair myself to get it decent and will have to have someone re-dye my hair. I requested a dark blue underlay (the bottom layer was supposed to be blue) My hair is GREEN!! I paid $126 for a crappy cut and color and was told it would be another $15 for her to blow dry and style my hair! I contacted someone above her through email and explained everything that happened even included pictures and all the person wanted was to "talk to me further about the situation" there was nothing more to explain I deserved a refund! Never again! I will do my own hair from now on!
